Neds Smuggling Budgies by Karen Chappelow…I do love to bring icons down to earth and bring them into ridiculous scenarios so Ned Kelly is presented as a typical Aussie beachbum replete in red budgie smugglers, with a budgie peeping out the top. The Birdy Num Num reference is from one of my favourite movies The Party with Peter Sellers.
