The whole world is going mad on cryptocurrency, digital art and NFT’s (not frigging there)…non-fungible token. I’m totally amazed by it and I cant help feeling a little Emperors New Clothes about them. People are purchasing artwork that doesn’t exist only a piece of data.
Anyway this is my say- by depicting the cyborg female holding a USB stick indicating the artwork is contained within, whilst you the watcher YOU are looking at the real piece.
