Reference to David Bowies alter ego Aladdin Sane …I have represented The Babel fish, from the cult book and series-Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy it has a purpose of translating any language when placed in the ear of the person. This painting shows the light and dark side of life…the babel fish being suspended and sent to the darkside to bring light and awareness and wisdom….the dark side is represented by the babel fish turned feral, where once they had the opportunity but instead went to the dark side of ignorance and Conspiracy . My fabulous man in the centre aka Aladdin Insane ( a lad insane)…is proferring a grenade fashioned into a mirror disco ball with a happy face emoji attached…the choice is explosive
